What Do I Do if Someone Didn’t Sign Up the Day of the Trial

Below are a few steps to follow, when someone does not sign up the first day of the trial:
1. First, mark them as "LOST" in the system:
2. Second, create a Task to follow up with them that same night of their trial:
To do this, click on their contact and go to Tasks on the Panel on the right-hand side. Add a new task saying to remind yourself to follow up with them because they did not buy.
Set the due date of the task on that same panel to a later time that same night and press the Save button.
You will see this task on your Main Dashboard.
3. Third: Follow up!
Follow up with them with a phon call, with a text, or both. Phone calls work really well, as you can answer any of the objections or questions they may have, which prevented them from signing up in the first place.
In most cases you can get anywhere from 20% to 50% of the people that did not initially sign up to do so, just by giving them a phone call.
4. Optional: This is an optional step that you do not have to do, unless you find it necessary.
You can create an automated campaign, which follows up with them a day later.
To do this you can go on the Campaigns Tab from the main Panel on the left side and "Create a Campaign" titled "Did Not Enroll" and press Save.
Then Add an Event, and follow the instructions in the video to complete this step, by adding the right language for the text message, the right custom values and ensure that the campaign gets sent out at a reasonable time.
Lastly, ensure you add the person who did not sign up, to the new campaign created.
