How To Cancel an Appointment From Your Lead Connector Phone App
Canceling an appointment is an important step as part of the automation process. When a person requests and appointment cancellation for a trial class, it is important to cancel their appointment in the system so that:
- The person stops receiving the automation with initial appointment reminders to get them to come to the trial class;
- The person gets automatically added to a campaign asking them when they would like to reschedule the appointment.
Below are the two ways in which you can cancel an appointment:
- Cancellation from the Conversation Screen with the person who booked
- Cancellation from the Dashboard Screen

An automated message will then be sent by the system to the person, confirming the newly booked appointment.
